Shipping Fees
Our goal is to offer a simple, fast, and fairly priced delivery service. We usually ship orders within 24 hours (business days). In most cases, your order will arrive within 2 to 3 days.
Shipping costs vary depending on the category and weight of the items. The base rate for standard items shipped within Canada is $17.95, and it may increase depending on the total weight of your order.
⚠️ FOR LARGER AND/OR HEAVIER ITEMS, WE MAY CONTACT YOU REGARDING AN ADDITIONAL SURCHARGE, EVEN IF YOUR ORDER EXCEEDS $250 AND QUALIFIES FOR FREE SHIPPING PROMOTION.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
At Nice Car Collection, customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why every item is visually inspected before being shipped.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. Prior approval from us is required before returning any item. Once approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions for processing an exchange or refund.
Return conditions:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, properly secured for shipping.
- Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received in acceptable condition.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- In case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
In-Store Returns
For purchases made in-store, you have 7 days to exchange your item, provided it is returned in its original packaging, in proper condition, and accompanied by your receipt.
✅ Item Inspection & Disclaimer on Minor Manufacturing Defects
Each order is visually inspected before shipment to ensure it matches your purchase.
Minor Manufacturing Defects
Some models may have minor imperfections that do not affect their functionality, usability, or value*. These may include:
- small flaws in the finish,
- slight color variations,
- minor defects on the packaging.
It is rare to find a model in perfect condition; therefore, such details are considered normal and are not covered by our return policy.
By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
❌ Order Cancellation & Modification Policy
Once an order (or pre-order) is confirmed and paid, any request to modify or cancel it will incur a 10% fee based on the total order amount.
Why do we charge this fee?
- Platform and payment processing fees
- Extra handling time required to make changes
- Internal logistics for tracking and managing adjustments
🔒 Lost or Stolen Parcel Policy
Your order’s security is important to us. However, once a parcel is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, with proof of delivery (photo, signature, or official notice), our responsibility ends in the event of loss or theft.
What we do:
- We will contact the carrier to report the incident and attempt to obtain compensation (results are not guaranteed).
What you can do:
- Check your surroundings (neighbors, building manager, mailbox, etc.).
- Contact the carrier to open a claim.
- Contact your credit card issuer – some cards offer theft protection after delivery.
- File a police report for stolen goods.
Important Notice for U.S. Customers – Duties and New Tariffs
Due to recent changes in U.S. trade regulations, new tariffs and import fees may now apply to certain products entering the United States. These additional charges have been imposed by U.S. authorities and are completely beyond our control.
Please be advised that all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other related charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
We strongly recommend that you consult U.S. Customs or your shipping provider to understand the potential charges associated with your order.
Our company cannot be held responsible for any delays, additional costs, or issues that may arise due to customs procedures or new tariff policies.
